glass of wine, let’s start at the bar!   Designed to reflect Australia’s maritime
scenery, its crystal-clear oceans, beaches and reefs, the Public Bar features a
spectacular sea-anemone chandelier and tens of thousands of seashell
fragments from Australian beaches embedded in the bar’s huge backing panel.

The striking 30-foot bar top is solid jarrah, wood from one of the giant eucalypts
which can grow as high as 130 feet in the forests of south-western Australia.
Jarrah produces a magnificent timber, phenomenally tough and durable while at
the same time beautifully textured and coloured. Bondi uses jarrah throughout
the venue for flooring, bar tops and its exquisite furniture..

Bondi serves signature Australian boutique beers on tap, imported direct in
ground-breaking recyclable Eco Kegs, dispensed through the tall, elegant fonts
of our exclusive Streamline beer system and served in your choice of 5 oz
(pony), 10 oz (middy) and 14 oz (schooner) glasses, double-washed for total
cleanliness, which is vital in maintaining life and sparkle that Australians expect
from their beer.
